Returns
Not completely happy? You have 14 days to change your mind, starting the day you receive your order. This also applies to sale items. Register your return within those 14 days, then send the item back within 14 days.
Feel free to try things on, just like you would in our store. Please return items unworn, unwashed and with the labels still attached, ideally in the original packaging. If an item has clearly been worn or damaged, we may deduct part of the amount.
How to register a return
- Go to your account and enter your email address.
- Enter the six-digit code you receive by email.
- Choose the order and the items you want to return.
- Choose a reason and click "Request return".
You will then receive an email with shipping instructions. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Please use a trackable shipping method.
Return or exchange in our store
You are always welcome to return or exchange your online order in our store at Hoogstraat 49a in Rotterdam. Wednesday to Saturday 11:00-17:00, Sunday 12:00-17:00. We would love to see you!
Exchanges
Would you like a different size? Mention it when you register your return and we will arrange it. Shipping costs for an exchange by post are your responsibility.
Refunds
We refund you within 14 days, including the original shipping costs, using the same payment method you used. We may wait to refund until we have received your return. You will receive an email as soon as your refund is on its way.
Damaged or wrong item?
Email us a photo within 14 days at hello@bigenbelg.com. We will sort it out and cover the return shipping.
